Shaig Mirzayev
He is the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Law Reform Center. He has been a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2019. By the decision of the Presidium of the Bar Association dated 04.11.2021, he was awarded the Jubilee Medal of “100th anniversary of the establishment of the legal profession in Azerbaijan (1919-2019)” and Honorary Diploma. PhD in Law Shaig Mirzayev is also a member of the Qualification Commission of the Mediation Council. Since February 2019, he has been the General Director of “Mirzayev and Partners Legal Firm”.

Mehman Sultanov
He is co-founder of Azerbaijan Law Reform Centre and partner in BHM Baku Law Centre. His main practice areas are banking and finance, private international law, tax law and litigation. Mehman has been a member of the Azerbaijan Bar Association since 2007. Lecturer of International Private Law in Azerbaijan University.

Gulnar Gurbanova
She is co-founder of Azerbaijan Law Reform Centre. She started her professional activity in Baku Law Centre in 2001-2011 as legal adviser. She is Partner of Baku Law Centre from 2011. The member of Azerbaijan Bar Association from 2007. PhD in law sciences. Participant of several prominent international conferences.

Turgay Huseynov
Turgay is member of the board. Head lecturer of International private law and European Law in International Law faculty of Baku State University, Author of more than 30 science studies. The member of Azerbaijan Bar Association and International Lawyers Association. PhD in law sciences. Participant of several prominent conferences.
